About Dolphin Police:

To combat street crime, the Punjab Police employ an elite security unit called Dolphin Force. Similar to the Istanbul Dolphin Police Force, it was launched by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore in the first phase and then in the other five major cities of the province in the second phase.

The second phase of training involved 696 police officers. While the SP will head the Dolphin Force Command Center, 50 motorcycles will be distributed among Sagging Bridge, Iqbal Town, Harbanspura, Chung, Civil Lines, and Model Town. According to a report published in 2016, this power would also be brought to other metropolitan cities in Punjab, including Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Faisalabad. In 2017, they fainted. A separate headquarters and SP were intended to be set up in every city, but they have yet to be implemented.
